At Sultana Auduson, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged upon delivery, or if you received the wrong item.
To be eligible for a return:
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Items that have been worn or used.
Sale or clearance items.
Gift cards.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
